## Dispatch times

• Orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched the same day.
• After 14:00 — the next working day (Monday to Friday).
• No dispatch on weekends and public holidays.

## Delivery times
Delivery is handled by Georgian Express; the parcel is handed to the recipient in person.

• Batumi, Tbilisi, Kutaisi and other major cities — usually 1 working day.
• Remote regions and less common destinations — up to 3 working days.

The statutory maximum delivery term is 30 calendar days.

## Pickup

Payment

Pickup in Batumi — cash or bank transfer, whichever you prefer.

Delivery — bank transfer before dispatch only. The details come with the
order confirmation; the parcel is handed to the courier once the payment
arrives. The courier does not accept money.

An online payment form will become available later.

We do not collect or store card details.
