Defective Goods & Warranty
## What counts as a defect in filament
- breaks in the strand inside the spool;
- diameter outside the stated tolerance;
- uneven filling — grains, cavities or voids in the strand;
- signs of moisture: foaming, crackling and steam when printing correctly stored material;
- colour or material not matching the order;
- damage to the vacuum packaging or the spool in transit.
## Time limits
- A claim may be made within 2 years of receiving the goods.
- For the first 6 months the seller must prove the absence of a defect; afterwards the customer does.
- We ask you to report a defect as early as possible: fresh photos and the remaining filament speed the process up considerably. This is a request, not a condition — it does not limit your rights.
## How to claim
Write to [email protected] or +995 555 106 853 and attach photographs: the whole spool, a close-up of the defect and, if possible, the print result. For diameter, a photo of a caliper measurement.
Photos help separate a material defect from printing conditions; a claim without them is still accepted, it simply takes longer.
## What you can ask for
The statutory order of remedies: replacement or repair → price reduction or termination of the contract. For filament, replacing the spool or refunding is the realistic outcome.
We confirm receipt of a claim within 2 working days and answer within 10 working days at the latest - see the complaint procedure. Refunds go back the way you paid.
These terms do not limit the rights granted to you by law.
