## Prices
All prices are in Georgian lari (GEL) and include applicable taxes. Delivery cost is shown before checkout.

## Payment and delivery
See "Delivery & payment". Maximum delivery term is 30 calendar days unless otherwise agreed.

## Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days — see "Returns & withdrawal" and the withdrawal form.
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

## Defects
Rights in case of defects and the claims procedure are on the Defective Goods & Warranty page. Nothing here limits the rights the law grants you.

## Storage of the contract text
The durable-medium confirmation stays with you (the email and the order document). Order data is kept in our system for the periods set by tax law and remains available via the order link or in your account.

## Complaints

## Applicable law and disputes
Georgian law applies to the contract. We try to settle disputes by negotiation; you may also apply to the agency above or to a Georgian court. No mandatory pre-court procedure exists.
