## 14 days to withdraw
You may withdraw from a distance contract without stating reasons within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

## How to withdraw

• Fill in the withdrawal form or contact us via any channel: [email protected], +995 555 106 853.
• Send or bring the goods back within 7 calendar days of your withdrawal notice.
• Direct return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Return address: საქართველო, ბათუმი, ალექსანდრე პუშკინის ქუჩა N119-121 / Georgia, Batumi, Aleksandre Pushkin str. 119-121.

## Refund
We refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof of their dispatch.

## Exceptions
## Opened packaging
You may open the packaging and inspect the spool — as you would examine goods in a shop. This does not remove your right to withdraw.

If the goods have been handled beyond what is needed to establish their characteristics (for example, part of the filament has been printed with), we may deduct from the refund the amount by which the value of the goods has diminished (art. 15 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law).

## Exceptions
Withdrawal does not apply to the statutory exceptions in art. 14: goods made to the customer's specification and the other cases expressly listed in the law.
